REHEARSAL - [noun] a practice of a play, opera, dance before it is performed before the audience

We need another rehearsal. The performance is tomorrow and we still have problems with our roles.

It's strange. The dress rehearsal 3 hours before the performance was a disaster, whereas the performance itself was a real success.
